Return Policy

Thank you for making your purchase with us here at North Guana Outpost.  More than anything, we want you to love your purchased goods.

Website orders are eligible for a full refund to original payment method (excluding shipping fees) if products are returned within 20 days after the date that your order was delivered. We do not accept returns that are missing tags, altered, washed or worn. 

In-store purchases must be returned within 14 days of original purchase with tags and receipt. We do not accept returns that are missing tags, altered, washed or worn. 

FINAL SALE items include all swimwear, stand up paddleboards, kayaks, surfboards, gift cards and sale rack items. These may not be returned for refund or store credit. 

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and make a new purchase for the item desired. For fastest arrival, place a new order for the item desired while returning your original order.

 

Return Process 

Online Orders:

  1. Neatly repackage your items with receipt or order paperwork that came with your purchase.
  2. Send back your return to us (at your expense) to the address below, using any method desired:

If your return arrives in the 20-day return window and meets the guidelines above, your payment will be refunded to your original method of payment ASAP. Keep in mind, some banks take 3-7 business days to post refunds.
