The Guana Outpost Chili Cookoff Is Back

As many of you know, our community is full of great paddlers. What you may not know is that it's also full of great cooks. It's been a few years since our last Chili Cookoff, and we've missed it, so we're bringing it back! Join us Sunday, October 25 at North Guana Outpost.

Here's how it works. Bring your best batch of chili, set up alongside your neighbors and let the community decide. Classic, spicy, white chicken or something nobody has tried before are all welcome. Registration is free for cooks. Not cooking? Come hungry. For $5 you can taste every chili and vote for your favorite. We'll also have free beer on hand for guests 21+ with ID.

We'll crown three winners. The community votes for Fan Favorite, and our judges pick Most Unique and Best Overall. Each winner takes home an NGO gift card. If the temperature drops, we'll light a bonfire so everyone can stay warm and stick around.
