SUP FITNESS SESSION
Get in shape on a paddleboard! Come to North Guana Outpost’s SUP fitness class, an hour long training session that will work you to exhaustion. In a change of pace from your normal gym workout this class is designed to hone in on your paddling skills and provide you with a killer workout at the same time. The class will begin with stretching and a warm up paddle, then an HITT style circuit for the duration of the class.
To get the most out of this class, students should be comfortable on a paddleboard and comfortable with the forward stroke and sweep stroke. We will be doing fast, high intensity paddling during this class, so prior experience on a paddleboard is required.

Paddling Skill Level: Intermediate
Cost: $30 or $20 if you have your own equipment.
Where: Locations will be posted for each class depending on tides, winds etc.
