Intro to Stand Up Paddleboarding Group Lesson
Group SUP lessons consist of an 70-minute instruction that goes over basic paddling techniques; such as standing up, paddling effectively in a straight line, turning, pivot turning, and proper paddle stroke. Group sizes are 6 students per every instructor, allowing a learning environment that is inclusive, exciting and fun. Our objective of every group lesson is to teach students how to master skills on the water, allowing them to have the most fun possible when on a SUP. Classes are held on the Guana Lake at our Guana Outpost South location. For a more one-on-one learning environment, check Private Lessons. Come out and learn to SUP!
