Yoga + Vitamin D + while practicing on a Standup paddleboard!

Your mat is anchored in the water of Guana Reserve while you float your practice at sea level enjoying all the elements of earth – sun, wind, water and the beauty of wildlife who inhabit this protected land!

Starting on land you will learn the basics of Stand Up Paddling : Strokes & Braking. We will then Paddle to a location, anchor down to experience a dynamic yet intuitive yoga practice on the water!

  • 90 Minutes / All level class : Beginner to Advanced are welcome!
  • Includes all equipment : SUP Board, Paddle, Personal Floatation Device
  • Small group sizing from 2- 6 // Private parties available.

We recommend you bring: Sunscreen, a comfortable swimsuit, towel, sunglasses, hat, and drinking water. Evening Classes : Bring Headlamp
